  Very pleased with the customer service, they've surpassed my expectations! As there was an issue with my NAB business account, the customer service rep promptly handled my complaint. Would highly recommend the NAB George St branch! Best service ever!!

  This is a disgrace of banking. On the phone over 2 hours and they yet to answer a phone call. They rip people off and can’t employ more people to answer phone calls of people who have been getting ripped off. Shame on you NAB.

  HI Team,
  
  This email is regarding poor experience with NAB Home loan customer services which i had to face with NAB while working on refinancing my current Home loan.
  
  First of all, it was extremely poor services, NAB guys didnot talk to me for my current home loan refinance and interest rate. They were highly interested to charge me extra on the interest rate.
  
  Second, I contacted another bank which is among big four, for refinance work, NAB guys confirmed that they have received discharge form from them and confirmed me over call and to my lender for the settlement date on 6th Feb 2020. When i called customer care to change the dates of settlement as i have planned urgent travelling during that period then they started misbehaving me and denied me for any kind of settlement. They told me there is no discharge charge. They wasted my more than 60 mins over call.
  
  Third, I have no help from NAB to resolve my issues.

  If you will not resolve my issue in next 24 hours, then i would be happy to file a complaint with Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) [email protected].

  Cindy from NAB on George ZERO STARS The customer service service is extrmely rude and yelled at customer. An extremely frunstrating and upsetting experience. The company should not hire her.

  The ATM was unable to print receipt without warning at the start of the transaction, but need it for the company's records. Waited for a while and didn't know where the customer services representatives were until someone who looked like a customer sitting on the table called, but she was unable to print out a receipt either. And there is no teller to do any transactions, go to a proper branch instead.
